1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Eurekion ("we", "us") for using EURE Tap. By claiming a card or using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle info.

2. Who can use EURE Tap

You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you make a card for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do that.

3. Your card and your edit link

Your card is edited with a private link instead of a password. Keep it safe. Anyone with that link can change or delete your card. Keep your card info accurate.

4. Your complimentary card

Your Eurekion Digital Business Card is a gift. No payment and no credit card are needed to claim it or use it. It includes your card, QR code, all card styles, sharing, Save Contact, a Book now button, your website and social icons, offer buttons, a lead form, and view and scan counts. Cards show "Made with EURE Tap". We may add or change features over time and will tell you before any important change.

Claiming your card includes agreeing to get business growth tips, tools and special offers from Eurekion by email. You can unsubscribe anytime and your card keeps working. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

You own what you put on your card: your name, photo, logo, links, and other content. You give us permission to host, display, copy, and share it as needed to run your card, such as showing it to people who open your link. This permission ends when you delete your card, except for backups that roll off over time.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you post, including photos and logos.

6. Leads you receive

When visitors send you their info, use it only to follow up with them about what they asked. Do not sell it, and follow the laws that apply to contacting people, including anti-spam and texting rules. You are responsible for how you contact your leads.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use EURE Tap to:

• Break the law or help someone else do it
• Pretend to be someone else or a business you do not represent
• Post false, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent content
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy
• Send spam, phishing, scams, or malware, or link to them
• Collect other people's info without permission
• Overload, scrape, hack, or get around limits on the service

We may remove content or cards that break these rules.

8. Our service

EURE Tap, its design, and its software belong to Eurekion. These terms do not give you rights to our name or logo. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Ending your use

You can stop anytime by deleting your card from your edit page. We may suspend or delete a card that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or could create legal trouble for us. Where it makes sense, we will try to tell you first. We may also change or stop parts of the service, and will try to give notice of big changes.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep EURE Tap running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, without errors, or bring you any business results. Links on cards go to sites we do not control.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eurekion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim about EURE Tap is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Your responsibility

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of leads, or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, as the law allows.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you about important changes by email or on the site. If you keep using EURE Tap after that, the new terms apply.
